This weekend...

We slept in (It was glorious)

We snuggled (Again...obviously, glorious)

We ate (A lot)

We churched it up (Hope is a beautiful thing)

We hung out with Great friends (<3)

We kinda rocked this weekend...

 This happened...





Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole

Melt 1/4 cup of butter

Add desired salt and pepper

Add 1 can of Cream of Chicken

Add 1 cup of cheese

4 grated and rung out regular sized potatoes

Mix well and put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes

Top with extra cheese and broil on high for about 5 minutes

Then this happened...





 Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos

Half jalapenos, remove seeds and membrane

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Remove from oven and cool

Fill with cream cheese

Wrap thin cut bacon and skewer with pre soaked skewers

Put back in 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes

Then broil on high for about 3-5 minutes for crispy bacon

Then consume to die and go to heaven.
