This weekend...

Was mostly sniffly, headachey, tired husband
in the house! Like this...
Poor guy with the allergies and junk.
But we managed!
Friday my sweet hubby took me on a SAMs
Pizza Date and then he called me a cheap date.
I'll take that as a compliment. And I'll take
a slice of that pizza in lieu of just about
anything.
Saturday we woke up, I made breakfast...
Giant Breakfast Taquitos
*Preheat oven to 375°

You will need
4 tortillas
2 eggs
1 large hotlink(Earl Campbell's red if your us)
1 handful of Real Bacon pieces
3/4 cup of frozen hash browns
Lots of cheese

Chop Hotlink and put in pan with frozen
hash browns. Cook until hash browns are done.
Add bacon pieces and eggs until cooked thoroughly.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Put equal amounts of mixture into tortilla's
and top with cheese, then roll, place in a
oven safe pan seam side down.
Cook in oven for about 10-15 minutes or until
tortillas are crispy

Eat. Yum. Yum.

Then we went to Lowes and purchased domestic
things like adults like ourselves do. Ok,
so that was actually the first time we have
ever had to go to a Home Improvement place to
buy anything. We were really feeling pretty
grown up as we bought soil, a planters pot,
and chicken wire. Grown up indeed. We even
bought a stud finder. We were going cray cray
up in there.
the rest of the day was spent assembling
chicken wire so Leo can now enjoy the patio.
As it should be. Hanging pictures and
photos that have stubbornly been leaning
against the wall in our apartment since we
moved in nearly 4 months ago. Re potting of
a plant and then a birthday party!

(From left Top: Me, Andi, Shari, Leslie

It was a super awesome bowling party,
it was fancy! Happy Birthday Sarah!!!

Sunday was filled with oversleeping,
laundry and cleaning. Then dinner
with super good friends! All in all,
It was a pretty great weekend.

How was yours??
No really, tell me. :)
